TOILETS WITH SECURITY SOLID SURFACE SEAT

INS-535-OVC + SOLID SURFACE SEAT

Fully shrouded wall mounted toilet pan delivered with a fixed high quality Solid Surface Seat. Specially designed and developed for highly frequented public bathrooms, which demand a high degree of safety and hygiene. Manufactured from 3.0 / 1.5 mm thick stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Satin surface ensuring long-lasting durability of the product surface. Seamless welded and rounded corners and edges to improve safety. Supplied with a rear water inlet of Ø55 mm and a unique horizontal ‘P’ trap design of Ø100 mm. Splash-proof elongated toilet bowl made of one-piece pressed, for easy maintenance and better hygiene. Manufactured with a concealed perimetral flushing rim for easy cleaning. Compatible for all standard frame systems and direct flush valves on the market.

• Foamed: interior filled with expanded PU-Foam for sound deadening and to further reinforce the strength.
• WC seat: optional. Equipped with 2 lid holes covered by 2 security TORX screws, enabling the installation of the seat at a later time without uninstalling the WC pan.
• Water saving toilet that requires only 4.0 LPF (1.05 GPF), ensuring a stable and high flushing performance.
• Integrated Earthing into the mounting frame due to safety reasons.
• Fixing: quick and easy to install from the front by a strong and versatile (fixing points of 180/230 mm) mounting plate fixed by 6 lateral TORX security screws. 
• Robust and vandal-resistant construction designed to withstand minimum load weights of up to 405 kg.

Certifications:
• CE marked. Toilet complies with EN-33 and EN-997 for min. 4 L flush.
• Solid Surface Seat is fire resistant, complies with Norm NFP 92-501 Class M1, EN 45 545 Class R1 HZL3, EN 13501 – Class B-s1, d0 and DIN 4102-1 – Class B1. NSF and LGA hygiene approved.

• Available colours: Alpìne White (AW), Red (R), Orange (O), Yellow (Y) and Grey (G).
